We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. Nice location in a non-touristic area of Rome, close to the bus-stop, supermarkets, bars and several nice places to eat.

If you are planning a romantic scape to the fantastic city of Rome or if you are traveling with a couple of friends, this beautiful studio apartment for up to three people will be the right choice. It is fully and elegantly equipped for a comfortable holiday. This accommodation in Rome is in a very central location and it has easy access to public transportation. The district where the property is located (San Lorenzo) is becoming increasingly attractive, especially for young people, and reflects the very soul of the city. People will treat you in such a nice way, that you will feel like a local.

Located on the ground floor, this air conditioned apartment covers 30 square meters. It has an independent entrance on a delightful courtyard inside the building. A red brick ceiling enriches its warm and comfortable atmosphere.The living space is really sunlit and it has a double and a single bed and also has reading lamps, night tables and a closet. Bed linen and towels are provided during your stay.

There is an american kitchen equipped with a microwave, an electric/gas stove, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils, crockery and cutlery for you to cook and enjoy delicious home made meals.There is a dining table with three chairs just in front of the kitchen.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a basin. Other services included in the apartment are a washing machine, a baby cot and optional transfer service. Smoking and having pets at the apartment are both allowed.

By staying in this apartment, you will be close from Termini Station. San Lorenzo is pleasant during the day and night and is very famous for its variety of restaurants and pizzerias. You will have the opportunity to taste the real Roman cuisine for an affordable price. Thanks to its closeness of the University "La Sapienza", the neighborhood is connected with all areas of Rome. It only takes a few minutes by bus to get to Spain Square. The subway is located at 800 meters and brings in two stops at the Colosseum.
