We can recommend this apartment. The staff Olivia and Barbara are very friendly. We came by car and they arranged for us a garage. There was also bread and some snacks when we arrived. The rooms are clean and there is enough space. Take bus 492 in front of the apartment and you are within 10 minutes in the centre of Rome. There are also some good restaurants near to the apartment. We can recommend il pulcino ballerino.

Very much appreciate the hospitality from Barbara. For example: due to late arrival she managed to prepare some groceries which was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. Nice location in a non-touristic area of Rome, close to the bus-stop, supermarkets, bars and several nice places to eat.

     

Rome is a city that offers its visitors a huge diversity of activities. If one of your main interests as a tourist is being close to the amazing Vatican Museums (including the Sistine Chapel), Saint Peter Basilica and the Vatican Gardens, this is the perfect apartment for you! Eroi Bis is a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to four guests. The street where the apartment is located is pretty quiet, which will ensure your complete rest!

This 60 meter loft apartment is located on the second floor of a building in a safe condominium. As you can see in the pictures, the atmosphere of the apartment is really nice, since the property was recently restored and decorated.

The combined living/dining room has natural light access and wooden floors. Its windows face a park. It is equipped with a double sofa-bed, a coffee table, a TV with satellite signal, a DVD player, a CD player and a Hi-Fi.

The complete kitchen has a refrigerator, a toaster, an oven, a gas stove, a microwave, a dish washer, a coffee maker and all cooking utensils you might need for making your meals. There is a second dining table in the kitchen.

Upstairs is the lovely and bright bedroom, equipped with a double bed, bedside lamps, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors. Bed linens and towels are included.

The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

For your convenience, Eroi Bis also features air conditioning, heater system, a washing machine and ironing equipment.

Some extra services that are available for an extra charge are transfer service, a chef and a housekeeper.

The apartment is very close to a metro station (Cipro-Musei Vaticani), which makes it the ideal place to start city tours. Besides, the Prazi Neighborhood, one of the wealthiest areas in Rome, has all kinds of restaurants and cafés and great shops.
