We can recommend this apartment. The staff Olivia and Barbara are very friendly. We came by car and they arranged for us a garage. There was also bread and some snacks when we arrived. The rooms are clean and there is enough space. Take bus 492 in front of the apartment and you are within 10 minutes in the centre of Rome. There are also some good restaurants near to the apartment. We can recommend il pulcino ballerino.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. Nice location in a non-touristic area of Rome, close to the bus-stop, supermarkets, bars and several nice places to eat.

     

This is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment in Rome for up to four people. Its location is great! It’s right in the Trastevere/Marconi area, which will allow you to be at a quiet area that is tourist at the same time. Around the property there are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and cinemas. The Museum “Museo Della Centrale Montemartini” is just seven minutes by car and it is a must-see.

The property covers an area of 70 square meters and it is located on the third floor of a building with elevator access. The apartment has two nice balconies with views of the neighborhood. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed (convertible into two single beds), some armchairs, a coffee table and a T.V. The dining table seats four people.

The bedroom contains a king size bed, a large wardrobe to store all your belongings, bedside lamps and bedside tables. All bed linens and towels are provided during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and electric appliances, such as a refrigerator, a toaster, an oven, a microwave, a gas stove and a coffee maker.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a sink. Other amenities available at the apartment are heater system, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, ironing equipment and even a writing desk, which will be very helpful if you are traveling with working purposes.
