Very much appreciate the hospitality from Barbara. For example: due to late arrival she managed to prepare some groceries which was perfect!

We can recommend this apartment. The staff Olivia and Barbara are very friendly. We came by car and they arranged for us a garage. There was also bread and some snacks when we arrived. The rooms are clean and there is enough space. Take bus 492 in front of the apartment and you are within 10 minutes in the centre of Rome. There are also some good restaurants near to the apartment. We can recommend il pulcino ballerino.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. Nice location in a non-touristic area of Rome, close to the bus-stop, supermarkets, bars and several nice places to eat.

     

Ravizza 1 is a lovely studio apartment, perfect for a family or a small group of friends. This property has been decorated with modern pieces meant to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This open-plan apartment is beautifully illuminated with natural light and has a queen-sized Murphy bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and balcony access. A second couple can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed.

The living space is big enough with a sofa bed, coffee table and television with DVD player. There is also a dinning table for four and WiFi Internet connection at your disposal during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, toaster, gas stove, and all the needful kitchenware for you to cook and enjoy a quiet meal at home. The bathroom is spacious and complete with shower over bathtub, toilet, basin and Jacuzzi. All bed linen and towels are provided for you. There is also hairdryer, washing machine and ironing equipment for you to keep your laundry up to date.

Located right in Rome’s Trastevere district, you would be well connected to the transport network of the city, allowing you, easy access to every single famous site of the capital of Italy. A great location to explore and enjoy discovering all what the city has to offer.
