We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. Nice location in a non-touristic area of Rome, close to the bus-stop, supermarkets, bars and several nice places to eat.

We can recommend this apartment. The staff Olivia and Barbara are very friendly. We came by car and they arranged for us a garage. There was also bread and some snacks when we arrived. The rooms are clean and there is enough space. Take bus 492 in front of the apartment and you are within 10 minutes in the centre of Rome. There are also some good restaurants near to the apartment. We can recommend il pulcino ballerino.

This is a comfortable and well located two-bedroom apartment in Rome, for up to six guests. It is just perfect for a family or for couples. It’s located in the lively but quiet neighborhood Monteverde, which is 15 near lots of shops areas, public transport, restaurants and bars. You will be very close to the largest park in Rome, Villa Pamphili and from the Sunday Morning flea market Porta Portese.

Covering an area of 90 square meters, the property is located on a ground floor with no elevator access. The apartment is decorated with nice furnishings and it has lots of natural light. The combined living/dining room is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a stereo, a TV and a dining table that seats six people.

This apartment features a lovely terrace with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Rome. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There are also two comfortable single sofa beds. Each bedroom includes bedside lamps, bedside tables and a closet. Bed linens and towels are included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and electric appliances such as a refrigerator, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a gas stove and a coffee maker.

There are two bathrooms; one of them has a shower and the other one has a bathtub. Each bathroom has a toilet and a washbasin.
