Description |
A charming and beautifully presented apartment for up to five guests in the San Lorenzo neighborhood of Rome. This area is one of the more fashionable and characteristic neighborhoods of Rome, and just five minutes from the Termini train station with express connections to the city centre.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated, ensuring year-round comfort. Located well inside the block, but with exterior windows, it’s a quiet and relaxing place to retreat to after a busy day sightseeing. The interior is tastefully decorated and features exposed original brickwork, domed ‘cathedral-style’ ceilings and rich wood furniture.
The bedroom is comprised of two adjoined rooms, with a double bed, one single and one bunk-bed offering five sleeping spaces altogether, each with a lamp and bedside table. The double bed is separated from the others by curtains, offering privacy for the parents or one couple in the group!
The kitchen is modern and has a complete set of kitchenware, serving and cooking utensils and appliances including four burner electric stove top, oven, refrigerator, toaster and coffeemaker, plus a dining table and chairs.
The bathroom is fitted with modern fixtures and has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin, plus a washing machine and hairdryer for added convenience. All bed linen and fresh towels are provided for you during your stay.
Located just on the outskirts of the city centre and close to “La Sapienza” university, the neighborhood has excellent amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy, several good restaurants, pubs and music venues, as well as being well connected to the city centre by train.
