Equi II apartment is a cute and cozy ground floor studio apartment of 30 squared meters that is perfect for a couple or group of three guests. Located in the fashionable district of San Lorenzo, this apartment is just ten minutes walk from the Termini metro train station. With express connections to the city centre, this apartment is a well-located and comfortable living space for your stay in the fabulous city of Roma!
Fully air-conditioned and with heating for winter, the apartment is decorated with quality furniture and modern fixtures for your comfort and convenience.
The combined living space is spacious and includes one double and one single bed, large wardrobe for storage of your belongings, a television and DVD player, dining table with chairs for three, and a kitchenette.
