The Eternal City deserves to be experienced with family and friends because, indeed, its wonders must be shared with others so that your praises for the Italian capital will not appear too exaggerated. After all, everybody is singing the praises for Rome so much so that yours pale in comparison.
There's only problem: Your group of 16 people may not be able to find a sufficiently large apartment to house everybody in just one place to call a second home. But then, fortunately, you come across this house and all your worries about accommodations are finished.
You will delightedly discover that this vacation rental is a detached house divided into 3 floors with each floor boasting of bedrooms and other amenities. Just to give you an idea of the capacity of the house:
• First floor - Dining room with an attached kitchenette overlooking a charming balcony. Two bedrooms with one queen-sized bed and single bed in the first room and one bunk bed and 3 single beds in the second room.
• Second floor - Two bedrooms with one room offering a queen-sized bed and single bed and the other room providing for a queen-sized bed and 3 single beds. A bathroom has a shower and tub area as well as another room with a utility sink.
• Third floor - Bathroom with shower area, a small kitchen overlooking a terrace furnished with a table, and a laundry area with a washing machine
You can still use the third-floor terrace for your laundry and lounging activities.
This cozy, charming and colorful palazzo is located in a limited traffic zone near the Porta Maggiore. Your group will then be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Roman countryside and yet still be close to the hustle and bustle of the great Italian capital. Just a 10-minute walk will take the group to the Termini Railway Station, the take-off point for explorations outside of the city. For in-city explorations, we recommend the Metro for tours to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, among others.
All of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds with just the right consistency to their mattresses. Brightly-colored fresh linens and white towels are provided upon entry into the property, said things being changed on a regular basis by the management. Your clothes can be safely stowed in the available closets within each bedroom, not to mention that most of the rooms also have side tables with lampshades.
The kitchens are equipped with gas stoves, fridge and coffeemakers, which means that cooking foods can be done inside the house and you can save on the costs of dining out. The water pressure on the sinks and showers are sufficient for the entire group's needs. Did we mention that pets are allowed in the property?
