Description
This is the perfect accommodation for those who travel to Rome but prefer to stay far from the noise of the city, in a green neighborhood (Due Santi) with lots of fresh air, trees and peace! This spacious vacation villa sleeps up to 12 guests and it will allow you to experience the charm of a typical Italian house.
Il Casale is located in the center of the Castelli Romani National Park, about half an hour by car from Rome. From its windows you will have an amazing view of the natural surrounding areas. For your relaxation, the property has a 1500-square- meter garden, ideal for taking a sun bath or for sitting in the shade of olive and walnut trees. If you travel with kids, there is also a nice playground.
When you enter the property, you will feel as if you had traveled back in time; the bright living/dining room has high ceilings with exposed ceiling beams and traditional decorations. There are a large dining table, some armchairs, a coffee table, a TV with cable TV, a DVD player and a CD player.
The kitchen has a second dining table and a refrigerator, a toaster, an oven, an electric/gas stove, a microwave and a coffee maker. Cooking utensils are provided. There is also barbecue.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with a double bed each. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms; one has a king size double bed and the other one has two single beds. There are also two double sofa beds in the living room. All the bedrooms have bedside lamps, bedside tables and a wardrobe. Bed linens and towels are included.
Each one of the two bathrooms has a toilet, a shower, a sink and a hairdryer. There is also an extra bathroom with a toilet and a sink.
